By entering the contest, the participant consents to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by ZENXIN Organic for marketing and/or research purposes. Each participant also agrees to be contacted for any products and/or service updates, marketing, promotions via calls, SMS and/or email.

The following terms and conditions apply to Contest Prosperity 8 (the “Contest”) organized by ZENXIN conducted through the microsite of the Organiser. These apply in addition and subject to any specific terms identified at any website or platform for the contest and in the event of any conflict the terms posted at the website or platform shall prevail:

(a) Contest is open to all participants of at least 18 years of age with local residential addresses.

(b) Multiple entries are allowed but each participant is eligible to win a maximum of two (2) prizes only throughout the Contest Period.

(c) No responsibility is accepted for any contest entries that are incomplete, incoherent, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, misdirected, lost, or delayed or are unable to be sent/ published due to technical or transmission failures of any kind or any other reason.

(d) Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Contest. Prizes will be provided in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions. Any entry not compliant with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

(e) Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the Contest entry by the Organiser’.

(f) Prize winners will be notified via the mode of entry submission unless otherwise stated and may be required to private message the Organiser via the social media platform of the Contest they participated in to provide their personal details (name, email, and contact number) for the purposes of identity verification for prize collection.

(g) Should the winner be uncontactable, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.

(h) In the event of a dispute, the winner’s entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of the Organiser. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

(i) Items/Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. The management reserves the right to replace items/ prizes with items of similar value.

(j) All prizes will be processed for delivery to the winners within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the Contest end date; on 15 Feb 2022. The Organiser reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.

(k) The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e. travel expenses, transportation cost, duties and taxes) involved to redeem or collect the prize shall be borne by the winner at their own cost.

(l) All unclaimed prizes after three (3) months from the date of the announcement or notice of the claim of the prize whichever is earlier failing which will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prizes. The Organiser reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.

(m) The Organiser reserves the right to change or substitute the prizes to other prizes of the same value at any point of time without prior notice. The prizes are non-transferable and all prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for any other form, i.e. cash, goods, credit or services in part or in full. Pictures of the prizes shown in the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ from the pictures shown.Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable, or redeemable by the participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organizer.

(n) It is a condition of entry that winners consent to the publication of their names and social media platform identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or submitted photo) on the relevant social media platforms for publicity purposes.

(o) Winners must also present relevant documents at the point of redemption for verification purposes.

(p) The Organiser is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the Contest.

(q) The Organiser does not assume any liability for any unlawful or unlawfully produced content entry.

(r) The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notice.
