Apple Juice vs Fresh Apples?

It is recommended to consume the whole apple fruit rather than drinking apple juice. This is because you will be missing the most important nutrient which is the fibre content from its skin and pulps. 
 
Furthermore, some apple juice that can be found in the market might contain added sugar to make it more palatable. This would cause blood sugar spikes especially those with diabetes. 
 
Hence, eating fresh is always the best !
